Administrative Affairs Unit
Description of the Unit:
A unit affiliated with the administration of the College of Arts and specialized in all matters related to the administrative work of all faculty employees in coordination with the deanships and departments.
Support at the university is specialized in human resources, procurement, warehouses, and College units according to the regulations and regulations.
Objectives:
Organizational restructuring that enhances the work and institutional development of the college in line with the vision and mission of the college.
Developing the administrative powers of the unit considering the university's rules and regulations.
Unit Functions:
Supervising the administrative communication operations of the college.
Regulating the work of administrative communications at the college.
Following up on incoming and outgoing transactions.
Following up the filing of incoming photos and receipt data by the competent employee.
Liaison and coordination with the administrative units of the College.
