Postgraduate Studies Unit:
This unit is in charge of promoting graduates of local and regional institutions to enroll in postgraduate study, as well as establishing postgraduate programs in response to labor market demands.
Unit Objectives:
1- Attracting graduate students with scientific competence
2- Encouraging assistants and lecturers to join scholarship programs to meet the needs of the college's scientific departments.
3- Achieving cooperation and establishing strategic partnerships in the fields of graduate studies and scientific research.
Unit duties:
1- Organizing the onset program activities for graduate students and monitoring their implementation.
2- Overseeing the update or development of graduate programs.
3- Supervising the formulation and review of graduate admission requirements.
4- Reviewing scholarship petitions for assistants and lecturers, ensuring the integrity of the programs they want to attend, conformity with the department's scholarship policy, and the validity of acceptance papers and other documentation.
5- Following up with the department's scholarship students both inside and outside of the country, as well as preparing academic status reports.
6- Putting the college's graduate studies policy into action and monitoring its progress.
7- Managing graduate studies activities at the college, including tests and committees.
