·         Unit Description:

The Alumni Affairs Unit aims to establish a sustainable relationship between the college and its graduates by developing a modern database with alumni information. This facilitates communication with graduates regarding courses and job opportunities, thus showcasing their qualifications and helping them develop their skills after graduation. Consequently, the unit serves as an effective link between the college and its alumni.

·         Unit Tasks:

1.    Support and strengthen the connections and relationships between the college’s alumni.

2.    Create a database with information about the college’s graduates.

3.    Communicate with alumni through various channels to enhance their relationship with the college.

4.    Collaborate with the KSU Alumni Center to handle job applications and direct companies to alumni.

5.    Provide opportunities for alumni to connect with the Alumni Center for job opportunities.

6.    Organize an introductory meeting about the unit to support and promote a culture of loyalty to the college.

7.    Invite alumni who have held leadership positions to participate as speakers in college events.
