Development and Quality Unit

·         Unit Description:

The Development and Quality Unit is dedicated to the continuous development of the college's operations, applying academic accreditation standards and requirements, and enhancing excellence in academic practices and continuous improvement at all levels within the college.

·         Unit Tasks:

1.    Promote a culture of quality and development and enhance the performance level of the college.

2.    Maintain or obtain academic accreditation from local and international accreditation bodies.

3.    Monitor the application of national and international quality standards on all educational and administrative processes in the college.

4.    Oversee the implementation of the college's operating plan.

5.    Measure the level of satisfaction of all college affiliates.

6.    Encourage creativity, excellence, and professional achievement among all college affiliates to achieve academic, research, and administrative excellence.

7.    Provide support and advice to academic departments and administrative units regarding development and quality processes.

8.    Study topics related to the unit's overall goals as directed by the Dean of Development and Quality.
